Mid Century Modern Media Console

Our new living room needed a new media center so I got to building. In this video I go over my processes and the tricks I used along the way to make it go as smooth as possible. The process was very fun and I am in love with this one. I hope you like it too!

A radial arm saw would have been money for those dado cuts! I have had trolls rip me a new one for cutting stock on my table saw that was wider than it was longer.

Mike, Looks great. Beautiful work man. Another joint for the legs is a mitered bridal joint. The only think I would have changed was to take the backer board up into the top. I noticed a little daylight up there, but not much. Since it will be a media cabinet you likely won't notice against a wall.

I like the vthe build. Seems very meticulous. Although if I'm going to be honest I don't think the hardware fits. It's like the wood and details aim for a fairly high level build and then the hardware and edge banding kind of waste it. As a client paying top dollar/euro for a furniture piece like this I wouldn't be happy. Anyway that might be just me. As I said I gave a thumbs up :)
