too bad I live in cali... I would watch your animals for free for the experience with all the vidlogs I have watched, I dont think even instructions would be needed. I cant wait till I can afford to buy land in Georgia. For the time being I will live vicariously through your logs...DUDE that southern accent...when daddy spoke that calm, you know an whooping is coming. in other words its easy to stay awake watching!!! the commanding presence is there

Poor Peaches watching the family drive away *sniffle, sniffle*. Excellent video. Lots to prep before heading out. Glad the family got to get away for a bit. Peaches got in some cardio. That was great! 👍

Aww! Peaches wanted to go too! Love your setup. Leaving the farm is hard. I always feel bad for my mom, because most days it takes all of us to take care of the animals...and she does it by herself when we get away. We generally won't stay away more than 2 nights. It's just too much for one person to do!

Glad y’all were able to get away for a little R&R. Love how you have everything set up. Makes it easier on you on an every day basis & easy for someone else to come in & handle it. Works like a well oiled machine. Hugs from Ft. Worth, Texas!

Your feed barrel instructions are genius! My parents are Beverly hillbillies and I’m always the chosen one who looks after things when they travel. Your prep work looks significant but I’m sure it helps give you and your caretaker great piece of mind!

Isn't SPRING GLORIOUS !! Your yard is so pretty and someone has done a great job of landscaping....can't grow those gorgeous Azalea's here in the rural countryside of Central Texas because there are 52 Deer per acre here & they'd mow them down !! Nice to get away from all those chores sometimes and YES, MY AFRICAN GOOSE KEEPS THAT WATER FILTHY....saw her methodically pick us dead leaves and dump them in her swim tub...ugh!

Peaches did a good job keeping a eye on things. How did peaches check the waters,i see peaches did not have to worrie a bout feed.with meat birds.Did peaches eat the eggs or did she collect them for you.I wonder if peaches stuck her tongue out at the penned pigs when she was feeding them. Did she milk the goats. I bet she did not weed the garden.Kind of lazy Did that about cover your farm watcher then again for free what did you exspect .HA HA LOL Glad you all had fun Have a great day!

Hey Jason, glad y'all enjoyed your trip away. Glad you're back though. I have a question, do you ever use Chicken poop in your flowers beds? Keep the videos coming. Enjoyed your dancing, as always. Take Care and GOD bless you and the family. Your friend in AL.

I usually lust throw all the livestock poop in a pile and let it compost down then use it. But I will def use it anywhere & everywhere!

Looks like you feed your meat birds dry feed. I’ve been fermenting mine the past couple years. It’s a little more work, I also do it because I feel they may waste dry feed since the fermented wet stuff won’t get scattered all around. Do you see much waste with dry feed?
@CogHillFarm6 жыл бұрын
Not really an issue...we do have leftover dust, but not much waste other than that. Thanks!!-Jason
