As always, another amazing video Dr. R! I particularly appreciate how you give us a heads up of things that are easily confused (eg the microtubule GTP activity vs. G-actin ATPase)! for the collagen synthesis according to uworld: ehler danlos is caused by defective Collagen synthesis. it can be caused by procollagen peptidase deficiency ,"which caused impaired cleavage of N and C terminal in the extracellular space. qs ID :1245
