Dekhen what is the self talk,what r the thinking during this moment -MY MOTHER DOESN'T LOVE ME 5Alternative thought- -my mother doesn't love me is that TRUE??? 43.00-T5 Play the script until the end ज्यादा से ज्यादा क्या होगा(What iff मसलन क्ई लोग कहते हैं यार मैं Exam में fail हो गया तो क्या होगा, तो हम कहते हैं कि अच्छा यार script को जरा अंत तक लेकर जाते है फर्ज करें खुदा नखास ता आप fail हो जाते है क्या...…. Rhetorical questions नही है actual बात करते है अ अ अ यार दोबारा fees जमा करानी पड़ेगी, अब्बू जो है डाटेंगे और वैसे भी इस दफा तैयारी अच्छी नहीं थी, अगली बार ज्यादा अच्छी तैयारी कर लूंगा may b I can even get better grade Ok U see script ko end tak play kare toh vo jo what iff hai na उसमें से जान निकल जाती है, और हम कहते हैं so what iff, क्या होगा, ज्यादा से ज्यादा क्या होगा? He went home , he looked arround and he said-मुझे लगता है कि आप ठीक कह रहे हैं कि ye ek dillusion hai, क्योंकि मैंने check किया और मुझे कैमरे नहीं मिले तो वाकई है मेरा मजरूफा था हकीकत नहीं थी|

17.00-28.00 REBT 7.Perfectnest- jo high achiever hai,top student hai ,perfectnist jo log apne ko kahte hai, उनमें अक्सर यह believe होता है कि - One should be throughly compitant, absolutely intelligent in all possible ways यानी में जो subject भी उठाउ ऊसमे top karu, जो काम करूं उसमें बेहतरीन हूं, ख्वाहिश करना अच्छी बात है लेकिन जब नहीं हूं तो फिर I have no right to learn There r general human limitation on all of us हम सब mountainer नहीं बन सकते, हम सब best cricketer नहीं बन सकते हैं,football star nahi ban sakte - बहस- हम सब जो है दिमाग का 10 परसेंट यूज करते हैं 90 परसेंट अगर यूज करेंगे तो हम सब कुछ अचीव कर सकते हैं This is all crap, इसमें कोई reality नहीं है -"बहुत सारी general human limitation hai और बहुत सारी specific weakness है जो हम सब में होती है" -'कुछ चीजों का बहुत talent भी होता है और कुछ चीजों का बिल्कुल भी नहीं होता' 24.00 8.Past troma/past experience should continued to effect us,it must Continue to affect us throughout our life Challenge? - one should learn from past experiences - jo bhi negative chij Challenge- past does not indefinitely determined our miseries or produce miseries -आपकी शख्सियत(personality, व्यक्तित्व) constantly लिए बन रही है और change हो रही है, जैसे-जैसे आप चीजों को believe कर रहे हैं disbelieve कर रहे हैं, चीजो को challenge कर रहे हैं अपने believe को, वैसे वैसे आपकी शख्सियत (personality, व्यक्तित्व)नई form हो रही है 9. Flow is essential part of happiness
