Cognitive Distortions Part 3: Mind Reading

In this video, I will talk about cognitive distortions, in particular "Mind Reading". Mind Reading is when a person assumes what the actions and gestures of others mean without having substantial evidence to support that conclusion. This can, in turn, lead to depression and anxiety.
