@@bennathen5494 home teaching my kids- but you do a huge amount of physics based maths in a hnc, like loads on beams, water pressure loads, pipe diameter stuff. Tonnes of random maths and thermodynamics , algebra, crap like that A while ago now , did well but couldn't do hardly anything to help me daughter homeschooling, which was my reference, couldn't remember the engineering maths I had learnt to help her with her homework

You need to practise rearranging equations. Rearranging into y=Mx+c is exactly the same as rearranging equations in every other situation. Once you’re comfortable with this, this will be easy :)
