Sir Agar magistrate police report padta hai(judicial mind apply karta hai) aur uske bad decide krta hai ki ab agge proceeding nahi hogi toh kya iska matlab bhi esha hoga ki judicial magistrate have taken cognizance.

@@Lawkaksha SIR Matlab jab magistrate report padnae ke baad trial start ya case ki procceding start or case ko procceding ki taraf le jata hai to isko esha kaha jaegi ki magistrate have taken cognizance of an offence but SIR what if agar magistrate police report read karaee aur case drop kardae yeh kehke ki koi offence nae banraha to isse bhi esha kahenge ki magistrate have taken cognizance?
