Im student of law Sir i have to ask smthg that what if io doesn’t arrest accused?offence is non bailable?if i go u/s 200 thn accused will not be arrested and desire is that accused must punishe and also call remand for recovery.what should i do for immediate action against accused??plx reply as immediate as possible it humble request

1985 PCr.LJ 224 Cancellation of a case is totally different from discharge of an accused person as the former terminates further investigation by the police while the latter does not. 1999 PCr.LJ 310 In the event of discharge the FIR remains alive.
