Cognizant Major League Cricket Game 2 Highlights, Texas Super Kings vs. LA Knight Riders

The Cognizant Major League Cricket 2024 season kicked off its Texas matchups on Friday as LA Knight Riders began their tournament journey with a 12-run win over Texas Super Kings.
The crowd at Grand Prairie Stadium were treated to a solid performance from Unmukt Chand, scoring 68 in the first innings. Muhammed Ali Khan took three wickets to turn the game in favour of the Knight Riders in the 13th over and Sunil Narine sealed victory for the Knight Riders by taking the Wicket of Marcus Stoinis in his last over. A quick cameo of 29(18) from Calvin Savage was too little too late and the Super Kings fell short by 12 runs.

I drove down to Grand Prairie to see this game - my first cricket game on person. It was unfortunate that Texas came up short, but it was a fun night. And I feel like I learned more with the game being played in front of me, than I did with weeks of videos and articles.

@@syedjafferimam5789 I already have my ticket for July 14, TSK vs MI New York. It's a bit of a drive for me to go see all the neutral games, so I didn't get the Grand Prairie Season Pass. But next year, when, to my understanding, the rest of the stadiums are complete and the rest of the teams go home, I could be looking into TSK season tickets.
