3% After tax deduction & increase PF etc, Finally it would be 2%😂. 2023 April - 2024 August - 2025 April or Aug(Would be next hike), For the tenure of 2.3Y there is 2% net increase. Forgot about beating inflation, we not even get the increase Transport charges To & From between home and office.
