People need to pick his call when he is bored so on. He will be sending facebook request people need to accept else he will create problem for there carrier by false things. And so many more he does. People need to take selfie with him. He is creating slavery kind of thing. People left without complaining on him because they dont want unnecessary dramas so on and even some people resigned without job also And he says HR is also afraid of him and he has his manager support for things he is doing. Total abuse of power. All these people are just doing abuse of power. And sycho these people are. When sycho cheap egostic arrogant people get power this is what happens.

Hello sir can you please me explain me this in simple word. On confirmation your services will be terminated by either side by giving 3 months' notice or payment of 3 month's gross salary (Comprising Basic, HRA, Dearness Allowance, & Grade Allowance). In case of resignation or termination the amount of notice pay will be adjusted into your full and final settlement. During probation your services will be terminated by either side by giving 1 Month notice.
