@@harshawings There is one person called santhosh sk in mysore wipro backup domain. He has been asking sexual favours indirectly for salary hike and promotions. People need to pick his call when he is bored so on. He will be sending facebook request people need to accept else he will create problem for there carrier by false things. And so many more he does. People need to take selfie with him. He is creating slavery kind of thing. People left without complaining on him because they dont want unnecessary dramas so on and even some people resigned without job also And he says HR is also afraid of him and he has his manager support for things he is doing. Total abuse of power. All these people are just doing abuse of power. And sycho these people are. When sycho cheap egostic arrogant people get power this is what happens.

My friend is in CTS BPO. He's saying that they are firing hundreds of guys there and many of them are not being paid the compensation with the excuse that they were 'overpaid' during their tenure!! Now, such cheap tactics not expected from an organization like CTS.

HR is accountable to all people related issues, be it performance or compensation. In most IT companies, non HR professionals handle HR and in others MBAs who don't have sufficient understanding of HR philosophy that needs to be practiced in organised sectors.

I have 45 days overlap due to issues from current n last company of joining , the previous company threstened for blacklist n new company wanted me to join within 15 days , i was unemployed from past few months so i didnt take the risk of absconding ...now after 2 years they are asking justification, i have only two days , can u please help ..will I be trrminated or fined from codnizant now ?

Hello sir can you please me explain me this in simple word. On confirmation your services will be terminated by either side by giving 3 months' notice or payment of 3 month's gross salary (Comprising Basic, HRA, Dearness Allowance, & Grade Allowance). In case of resignation or termination the amount of notice pay will be adjusted into your full and final settlement. During probation your services will be terminated by either side by giving 1 Month notice.

Cognizant is forcing me to give resign. Hr is saying verbally that company will provide current month salary+ 3 months notice period salary+ 2 months severance period salary. But no written thing. Threatened also that they will not provide any experience letters. What should I do ? Should I believe on what they are offering ? Please reply 🙏

Take everything they promised verbally through mail. If they refuse just tag all important folks and mention everything they said verbally and say that this is my takeaway and I need your confirmation... Likewise. Always have everything in written, make sure

Hi sir, I am quite worried. After 15 days of joining in cognizant, i decided to resign due to my moms sudden health issues, now the company is asking me to relocate and serve the notice period from office. I shared the medical certificate, but still they are not giving me early release waiver off. Now they are saying that i will be terminated. I want to ask, will the company ask me for money?? If not server notice period? HR told me only exp letter will nkt given and wont be hired again. But i am very worried that if they ask money. Plzz tell me.

I was told in cognizant that they will give me 3 month salary and 2 month of severance pay but today i got the full and final settlement and it only included 3 month of salary and out of which they deducted 75k and tak 40k so basically i did not get any amount in my hand what can i do

Dekho depends on the manager. Kav one month dete hai kv 45 days. Uske bad wolog force krte hai. Resign ke liye. Or kv rakh lete hai. Kam krne ko. Agr aap ko terminate kr de pip ke karn. Salary nhi milega. Agr force kr rhe hai. To negotiate kro aap jinta kr sake. 3 month se 1 month tk.

@@wrath_174 I have completed 2 yrs but lots of people who didn't complete yet 1.5 yrs has been terminated. Cognizant is not a good organization for employees, they hire in bulk and they fire in bulk. So you improve your skills that I can select upon my skills. What about the company, they only see their benefits.
