Totally wrong information shared by you. Please do research before making video. Till one year employees will get 26 k. After one year 30 k only. For pat to pa designation you have give RDP exam. Once you clear the exam then exactly after 1 year your package will be 4.5 lpa

Yes, information is wrong. I have seen the salary slip and it's ~26k and after 1st appraisal it's ~28k. It's not possible to get 32k after 1 year😂. Please research more and whoever is telling you the salaries, it's completely wrong.
