Thanks for the video, like you, my center seat is the only one that has been used for the past two years , never occurred to just swap out the back. Wonder if the seat bottoms could somehow be swapped as well.

My seat back seems to be a bit too firm. I've had my Tuscany Valencia for one week. Will the chair break in over time? I don'y really want to remove stuffing fiber.

How old are these? When did you make make the purchase? Did you raise the issue with Valencia or were they out of warranty? I wouldn't be too pleased with chairs sagging after a short while.

There is no stuffing, they are solid foam.

I'd get that stuff out of there and fill it with shredded memory foam...you can get shredded memory foam pillows on Amazon for pretty cheap.

No, the cushion is a solid chunk of molded foam.
