​​@@dannyb3663nothing wrong with building that many Pumas, it is the fact he used them too recklessly and wasted them away before they got enough kills each making them not worth the investment. Then after getting support vehicle vet he just stopped building them lol, when the whole idea with vet 3 Pumas is how cost-effective they are to spam even when you play a bit carelessly with them because how fast they rack up infantry kills before dying and slowly bleed out the US player's manpower. Even vetted rifles struggle surviving against the Puma gun.

@@jacobski7216 Since the last balance patch back in 2011 got rid of the received accuracy while moving bonuses from vet, is there really any point paying a whopping 550MP + 110Fuel for vet 3 Pumas? You could buy 2 more Pumas and have Fuel leftover for that...

wow. never seen this much depth or fun in any coh2 game. i'm know, i know, stop hating....blah, blah, but coh2 feels like a bucket of sugar and fat, instead of a wholesome, mature, adult meal that coh1 is.

10/10 game, that said vet 3 sniper is too op, and a burning engine giant hellcat tank going into hiding is plain stupid should only work in certain cover......

Are the bigger tanks not worh getting? I found it odd that he kept spamming out stugs, but I guess that's normally the play?

They are worth it but require a large investment in the base upgrade then the building then the tank itself. your first panther costs something upwards of 1k mp and 200 fuel all that totaled (panther by itself 600mp +110 fuel). And then the veterancy upgrades on top of all that. wehrmacht player went for infantry upgrades and I guess he planned to use the stugs mostly as mobile AT guns but I think that backfired since he lacked anti infantry after the pumas died. If it's a long game or they rush t4 then it would be more viable, personally I prefer blitz doctrine so I'd usually only go t4 if it's a very long game because you can get a call in Tiger and anti infantry stug to compensate

@@rustyshackleford8022 It is kind hard to choose. Personally I think it is worth it because Stugs are great at countering OFCG vehicules but against an american player with that many tanks... Also, Choosing to go for the Panzer Command building will just delay some units and it was something (in the replay) that the Werh player (IMO) was able to do in place of making more and more Pumas because he had a strong army at this moment and was completely able to just hold few minutes, the time for a Panzer IV to be produced. In place he was too greedy and wasted too many units even if he traded well in the first place. Because in late game, a single Panther and some other Nebels with a PIV would have been a much better combination than what he had. I'm not a pro but I think the Panzer Command is underrated because many players want more units now instead of better later which is understandable against really good players.

Lucky this is a WWII game, not a WWI game, because "Hype", in the 20s, would have meant "shortchange" or "cheat". Also, Smoko wasn't alive at the time.
