IMO COH 2, if it had the same QOL and technical upgrades as COH3, is by far the superior game. The low TTK, OP AT guns and fuel from standard territory, means that you have so much comeback potential even if you're on the backfoot. A game is never truly over unless you 100% basepin someone, which even then is extremely rare, and as we've seen not even an unwinnable situation. By biggest criticism of COH3 is the lack of comeback power, it really hurts teamgames. You can't just double/triple AT gun to hold off an armour advantage, you're usually just screwed if the opponent ever gets 50 fuel ahead of you.

All the good CoH1 players moved to CoH3, I go where the good games are. There's a strong contingent of CoH2 players that keep playing CoH2 so it generates good games, but the CoH1 contingent seem to have finally moved on.
