As much as I would’ve liked to see Brummbar, I feel like P4’s were the safest choice-a nice balance between AT and AI, which gives you more flexibility regardless of what he throws your way.

The Pershing kill on the pios was understandable though. If I’m not mistaken engineers get increased hit size when repairing. Plus both being on the same side facing the Pershing did not help either. All in all good job on punishing Paula; well done!

pershing is also the second best anti-infantry tank. only the king tier is better, and only a smidge. pershing has faster rate of fire to make up.

@@ericaugust1501 doubt that, you’re missing ISU-52 and the KV2 both of which have a bigger AoE radius than the Pershing

@@Huhhuhuhhuhuhuhuhuhuh you right. it's Pershing->King Tiger-> ISU-152/KV2. 5.5/6/9 seconds respectively of reload time. all very comparable in overall effect. for example the pershing can almost fire twice for every one of the soviet shots.

What a entertaining game! Tightrope himself got some good luck as well though with the pershing hits I must say. P4 with 37% chance to penetrate frontal armor and pak40 with 65%, only one bounce and zero misses is quite a bit on the lucky side.

I struggle to watch the poor use of the fragmentation bombs that you had available for a while, of course is really easy to say it on a video, however I think that the other player was bloobing and retreating everything together and you miss the opportunity to capitalize that... catch the retreat with a good fragmentation and wipe his whole army at once. Good video, keep up the good work

Even though Paul.a.D blobbed, the game was tense, it was not an easy win. I'm not in the position to give advice to an experienced player like tightrope, but I feel like P4 spam should have ended at some point. The tanks were used almost exclusively against infantry. That Pershing got killed by 2 P4s. No more were needed. Brummbar or Werfer was needed. If you calculate risks and benefits you would see that it was needed after second P4 and 2 ATs. Provided you wouldn't throw it out like tightrope did a few times. I think Brummbar would have been a perfect choice. Even if Pershing or Jackson were to annoy it, it would have survived easily. Also, fuel was more than enough to do that and replace 1-2 killed P4s if needed.

Awesome match! I love the Panzergrens + 250 Halftrack combo. So much wipe potential and great for team weapons spam. I abuse it too much as a get out of jail free card though and light vehicles can really screwed you over if you are not careful.

You answered your own question, it's called 50. cal for a reason. But if we're talking about game mechanics or balance, well you could get kubel straight away while m20 needs LT and mechanized upgrade which cost what 50 fuel? 35 fuel for LT and 15 for the mech upgrade? Dunno how much fuel the m20 cost but you could see how much resources needed to get m20 compared to the kubel which cost no fuel whatsoever

Have you l2p yet tightrope?! C'mon seriously! But for real though, I appreciate the use of the 250 halftrack but it felt like your build was all over the place at some point. If the usf player had been better maybe he could've snared both 222 and half track as well as dominate the light vehicle game harder with the stuart. I feel like the result would've been even worse had he gone for a couple shermans instead of the pershing stall. I'm also curious why you chose GID commander. Isn't there any other commander with the halftrack and ambush training that you could use?

This is the best commander for double pio double mg starts combined with the 250. The stormtroopers actually felt very good I was surprised at how well this strategy was performing.
