The graphical effects in this game are - in my opinion - seriously under rated. And even some of the goofy stuff is just fun.

I haven’t played since 1.8.1 hotfix, but from all the casts I watched it looks like bersas are the only viable dak strategy.

They're definitely the easiest way to play 1s... I have another cast going live on Saturday that shows a different approach. It's viable but Dak needs time to build combat power without them

First game so far I used this strat right after I watched and won vs brit lol the sheer number of inf plus vehicles overwhelms and it was a very similar game, would of eventually lost but won on victory points

Hell yeah man! Glad it helped. It's almost like playing USF, in that you need to lean on early success to force a surrender or bleed VPs... If the match goes too long you'll end up at risk. The upside is with DAK you can always grab a tiger if you need one.

@@N7-SHARK thank you! If I could perhaps give one small piece of feedback on the video? I would say the ‘post match review’ heading on screen (in pink) flashes a little to often and is a tad distracting, if it’s possible, reduce how often it flashes - very small thing though:) Separately, as a video idea - would love to see you key bindings for quick control of units, I struggle to remember and get my fingers across the keyboard quickly to use keyboard shortcuts, do you use standard or have you changed it to suit or perhaps you don’t use keyboard at all?? For example: I’m trying to change retreat so it’s one of my mouse buttons, but can’t seem to do it?

@Scott-yl5gi first off, thanks for the feedback! I was just having fun with the video editor so those neon lights will go away :) I can definitely put together a video on key binds and short cuts. For me I'd worry about accidental retreat presses if it was my mouse but let me mess with it

WM is definitely in a very strong spot, and with the latest hot fix DAK pgrens are even more viable. That said, Brits still have the best late game and us rifles do really well. I'm really interested in the changes for the next patch.

@@N7-SHARK I feel like USF just has a weird spot mid game with their anti tank, zooks just get wrecked and the para's with zooks are pretty expensive and you're kind of forced to pick between AT guns and T4 when you're teching, so if you tech to T4 you're just stuck with snares and mines

@SniperKeo agreed. The nerd to light vehicle cost hits them pretty hard. I'm seeing a lot of half track bridging into tier 4, which can work but isn't ideal

Flak needs a 5-7.5 range nerf.

I used to think that but it's so easy for boys at sections to walk up on you and smoke your flak if you're not right on it. So hard to balance this stuff. The suppression only when stationary is a great start

Can you expand on that? I think Brits are really strong, especially as the game goes on. They just play slow and you have to be very deliberate with them

@@N7-SHARK well, tbh I don´t know if it´s me but comparing with COh2 brits, they lost fire power with it's tanks. Know there a Churchill but, whitout that comander, nothing else. COh2 u had Fire fly and the comet as a regular unit. now u have matilda vs pz4 or in super late game M3 vs Tiger/panther of course of the lore of the game there aren´t a lot of options...

@velandia4395 true, but coh3 doesn't have the heavy tanks the way 2 did. The Matilda is amazing against everything but real armor, and the grant provides great late game power. Against Panthers or tigers you'll need at guns, but with a combined arms approach Brits are still very viable. If you're struggling I'd suggest scrims or playing as axis against Brits to see what tactics are most effective against your own choices
