Love the interview. When I watch interviews with Claudio, he is always so reserved and shy, especially when he gets praise for his music. I love that he came out of his shell a bit when you brought up his guitar and he just gushes over his love for his instruments. You can tell the passion he has for music in general, even after all these years. It's why Coheed is my favorite band and why Claudio deserves all the praise he gets. One among the fence.

After watching two hundred hours of Claudio interviews over the last 18 years.. I'm convinced that Vaxis 3 will be titled "you know, like, um.. if that makes any sense".XD Fucking love this man.

That answer about the Neverender: NWFT made me a little sad. I truly want to hear that album laid out in full live. And I want to yell Hail! 57 times with all my fellow CotF!

They did it in NYC for neverender, I was there. Amazing experience.

Same here, it was THE Neverender I truly wanted, it's a real bummer that it might not happen. I hope after the Vaxis II hype slows, maybe they'll do it
@ScottXC912 жыл бұрын
They’ve literally already done it. The very first incarnation of the concept of “Neverender.” Here you go. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eoLGaGdolMt_pc0

They announced a Neverender for "NO WORLD FOR TOMORROW". An album about the end of a world and of a storyline....then the world (as we know it) literally ENDS less than a week later. I'd stay away from it for a while too.

It's inevitable. You may have to wait until 2050, but I guarantee they'll eventually do the entire discography as a series of shows

Bad Man and Love Murder One are easily some of the best on the album, in my mind. Really cool that they feature 8-strings. Catchiest of hooks.

Bad Man makes me think of Coheed and Cambria playing their spiritual successor to MJ's Dirty Diana. Absolute Banger.

Unfortunately, they didn't play either of them at their Philly show last week.

Interesting! Murder One is pretty solid but I would say those are two of my lesser favorites on the album. The first several and the last three are the best imho. Liars Club is wonderful too. The proggy stuff is always where they thrive most.

bad man is easily my least favorite on the album, that said i love the whole album. I rock with Rise Nianasha and A Dissapearing Act pretty hard.

Great interview. I always love seeing Claudio, such a chill guy. I'll never understand how he has enough time to make everything happen that he does. Between Coheed, Prize Fighter Inferno, his comics, touring, writing albums, spending time with family and everything in between! And to still be so animated and to get joy from all of these things is just so cool to me. You had really good questions, too.

13 years ago I went through and ugly divorce. Afterwards I was so lonely and heartbroken and just gutted, I don’t leave my house I didn’t talk to what little friends I had , I just sat in sorrow and hated myself. After a few months I turned on my ex wife’s computer and logged into the iTunes account that me and her had created and I was skimming through music listening to the little30 second clips of songs you could listen too back before they had the subscription and you could hear everything all the time. I then I head jersey devil . The energy the lyrics the driving force shook me awake from my self induced slumber, I relayed to it in a way that nothing else has ever resonated and I just could resist it, it gave me the strength to get up and fight and go find my life again, thank you so much coheed and cambria you saved my life and I owe you my life. I know you’ll never get to read this Claudio , Travis, Josh and Zach super duper cooper but you really saved this poor losers life. Yes I know Zach wasn’t in the band back then. The new album is amazingly bad ass and is still helping me through these rough times . Rock on boys , till the wheels fall off !
