You can build your personal house outside the base perimeter *IF* you disable building degradation in the server settings. This allows you to have nice tidy chests etc that Pals wont fill with junk and gives you more space for Pal related activities.

It's weird that some items like the palbox have such a huge blueprint footprint when the actual item is much smaller. Slanted roofs are also super hard for me to place correctly.

The reason the palbox footprint is so huge is because you need that open space - you and your pals teleport in behind the palbox when you zone into the base.

I made a world and spawned. Died and checked out one of the other spawn points and found a lucky direwolf that thing legit destroyed chillin "level 11 boss" hes a good big boi.

You 100% do not want to build on ore spawns. If you make your base there they will spawn again unless ypu build ontop of it.

Isn't it a huge waste to build on top of the iron deposit? Since resources respawn, that deposit could have been a nice way to get renewable iron without having to mine it himself. I doubt it's going to still respawn now that there's a house on top of it though.

I have found cohh to “almost” always experiment for the min max. But very rarely take advantage of min maxing. In this game in particular I was surprised he went a direwolf buff comp “which was applicable for pvp in closed alpha” hard to outmaneuver but nice mid level neutral skills with added lethality of piloted by a skilled player. All I’m getting at is that probably the least of his concerns lol. He just pokmansin it up.
