I got really lucky with my Chillet catch. I just threw a ball from behind for the back bonus and caught it without a fight. Bosses respawn once per day I think. Oh good to know where to find sulfur. My headcanon is that the Killamari are in fact the squids from the mario games water levels.

I haven't noticed any difference in Alphas (boss) stats vs regular Pals of the same level, HP/atk/def are all the same and so are abilities.

I've heard they are just rare pals you don't find often in the wild. Maybe some have unique abilities. I just checked mine, and they have special moves.
