A little late to the conversation but if you're talking about after the blacksmith fight he dropped an extra one, he bought one and then found a duplicate when he first came to the blacksmiths area.

Speaking of really good blood, did Stunlock add an "are you sure" prompt when killing prisoners? I lost a 100% werewolf back in my Gloomrot playthrough because of that.
