Welcome back. So happy to see you upload again. Hoping for many more to come. As always another good video. I also love to see that you wet your hands before handling fish that you are planning on releasing.

Thanks Rick! We appreciate your support! I'm glad you liked the video. Yeah, it's good to practice proper fish handling with fish you intend on releasing. Good eye. I'm glad you noticed that and appreciate it. Forage on!

I forgot to ask, in an older video you got a new blue fish stringer. Do you by any chance have a link to it? It’s clean looking haha
@ForageToFire2 жыл бұрын
It's an awesome stringer, I use it all the time! I got it off Amazon the brand is Luhr Jensen and it's called the "Stringer Pro Class Cable Stainless Steel" Let me know if you find it on there! Thanks for watching and supporting my friend! Forage on!

What are the specs for your twitching rod if you don't mind me asking.

Hi Zayden, I use my G Loomis GL3 8'6" medium fast action 8-12lb 3/8 - 3/4oz rod with my Daiwa Ballistic Lt 40000 reel with 20lb braided line to a fluorocarbon leader to my self tied jigs.

@@ForageToFire thank you i also got a size 4000 reel and people were telling me it was to big.
@ForageToFire2 жыл бұрын
@@SoloAngling You're welcome. Brands and model numbers are all different so it's always good to research the size that's good for the fish you plan on targeting. My Daiwa Ballistic Lt 4000 is perfect for Coho and Steelhead.

what are the specs on the float drifting rod?
@ForageToFire2 жыл бұрын
I'm using my 9 foot G-loomis E6X Medium fast action and my battle II reel, which I use mostly for tossing spoons and twitching jigs. If you're looking to predominately drift fish I would look into a baitcaster reel and a 10 foot rod.
