Of all the things to prepare for on a hike insomnia isn’t one that you think about, I’ve battled with it myself and the more you worry about not sleeping the harder it is to sleep. Great video!

I felt so Chad so much during his struggles, I can’t imagine putting my body through so much strenuous terrain on no sleep. He is a tough cookie for going as long as he did. Thanks for watching!

You did some high mileage days with heavy packs in the whites-glad you made it through!

Yes we pushed ourselves farther and harder than we probably need to! It’s hard to cram in so many miles when you only have so much time away from work. The Whites were brutal, but it didn’t get any easier once we got past them! The three of us all agree that the Kilkenny’s were as hard or harder than the Whites. It was brutal!

I’m not a fan of night hiking, even moreso after that insane climb up to Mt. Cabot. Thanks for watching, really appreciate it!

Both of our episodes were tough to watch. There was so much emotional strife that wasn't on camera. Chad definitely earned MVP for the trip. The views from the Horn were BEAUTIFUL!!! I completely forgot about that blooper 😅 I felt and LOOKED like the bridge keeper 😅

These were days that I was so thankful to get behind us, they were tough on all fronts, physically and emotionally. Chad is a BEAST for doing all he did on no sleep. I wouldn’t recommend the Horn as a detour in the midst of a thru hike 😂. We ALL were that bridge keeper that day! Thanks for watching, bro!

I knew you said this was by far the hardest trail you have ever done but I had no idea how rugged and rough it was until now . I can see on everyone of your faces and body that you all were on the struggle bus. Chad chose his mental and physical health and as you said in the lesson that supersedes anything !! Not gonna lie this hurt my “momma” heart to watch all of you in agony . On a lighter note the scenery is beautiful ❤So proud of you and Love you !!!

We were all pretty beaten and battered by this point. That’s part of trail life, though, dealing with the pain and discomfort to keep going forward towards the finish line. I’m glad Chad got rested up and joined us later down the trail. Thanks for watching, Mom! Love you!
