I'm using it for a while. My hair loves it. Leaving my hair soft and easily detangle. It's easily spread in your hair. Just finger comb when applying it through your damp hair. Smell is mild, nothing to worry about.

I use the Manuka Honey and Strengthen and Restore on alternate wash days. I wash my hair every two weeks so I use each product once per month. You need to add water to your hair to increase the spread ability of the Strengthen and Restore Masque. Both products leave my hair nourished and my curls are extremely defined. I have 4A hair. I still use a moisturizer and cream (sealing with olive oil) for styling though because I don't refresh my hair between wash days.

I really enjoyed tutorial of using this protein treatment by Shea Moisture. I haven't used this product in over 7 years! I didn't like my results after using it! However, I'm always looking for a great conditioner. I just may give this another try...... maybe? Your hair looks so healthy and yes I can see shine on your hair strands. Thanks again for sharing.

If am correct I think their formula changed abit over the years and definitely the name has changed. I think it’s worth another try 😀

Hi,a client of mine use this very product and it thinned out her hair really badly. I would suggest to try this product on a small area of your hair first instead of your whole head of hair 💕
