Coinbase ALWAYS crashes to sh!t during peak volumes. It becomes EXTREMELY unsafe to transact, your order settles +/- 15% of when you execute the order.

How do they get away with freezing customer's accounts for months on end, hundreds of thousands of dollars per customer sometimes. No reply, no customer service, nothing but bot emails.
