Don’t want to misquote him but basically something along the lines of “I don’t want to hide behind the mask of a persona, I don’t want to go by IBDW because it is a fake name/identity I would like for all my accomplishments to link back to me directly, Cody Schwab, so I’ll just go by that now.” Basically just wanted to link his victories directly back to himself and not his gamertag. Kinda weird but Cody is a kinda weird guy.
