I can honestly imagine DI being the most difficult part about playing on a boxx. Like I know that he can do more than 8 directions, but it involves pressing like 4 buttons, and the thought of needing to decide in a split-second which buttons to press sounds daunting, especially when top players occasionally have bad DI even with a more intuitive control scheme.

yeah the DI really hurt, but he got too cocky imo. when hax gets cooking, most players just collapse and let him do whatever he wants, but that doesn't happen with Hbox. imo hax should have just stayed campy the whole set like how he played game 1

@@LumiLunar only b0xx and smashbox are allowed. smashbox should be illegal since you can set it up in highly OP ways, whereas b0xx's settings are built to be balanced vs the gamecube controller (no overpowered wavedashing, no pivot uptilts, etc). in some ways b0xx is worse than GCC (impossible to ambiguous DI in a tech-chase, for example) and so there's no real argument it should be illegal. hax was careful to design it in such a way that it would be even and balanced with gamecube controllers.

The air time limit could directly affect puffs ability to take stocks. Sometimes things just go to time and that's what makes it intense
