As a crypto newbie I have found your videos extremely useful and reasonably easy to follow. I have used your advice to take my first steps in the crypto universe. This has included opening an account on Binance, acquiring a hardware wallet and buying my first crypto's (BTC, ETH, DOT, LINK & BNB). However, when I was looking at withdrawing to my wallet, I discovered that the withdrawal fees for BTC and ETH in particular are high using the BTC and ETH apps e.g. $26.90 for BTC, and as the advice is to transfer a small amount first before withdrawing the rest it would be 2*$26.90 on a purchase of £200. However, I noticed that Binance also offers the Binance Chain as a Transfer Network option for all of these crypto's at about a 10th of the cost. As it looks too good is there a problem using the Binance Chain to withdraw?

Beware of extreme delays with verification on BinanceUS, I signed up over 2 weeks ago and still waiting to be verified. As soon as I submitted verification request got a message saying they were taking 15 business days, so be prepared to wait, painfully watching all the coins you wanted to buy increase in value 😑

22nd Feb: All very interesting, and true as far as it goes, but Binance needs to employ & train customer service staff. That 24/7 support is a botmyth. My withdrawals have been stopped for 12 days and action on it is dilatory and spasmodic. They are too busy and don't care, and why should they? Edit 5th March: Tweeted customer service + CZ once a week with my ticket number & issue got sorted. Guess they are trying to do the right thing, just swamped.

Guy, Congrats on putting together an easy to understand BEGINNERS guide to Binance. The carefully scripted method read from an autocue is definitely the way to go rather than just "winging it". This video was very useful and easy to follow. However!.... as a keen beginner, and I think I might speak for a large number of people, could we have a more in depth tutorial on the next stage. How do we use the stats, where can we see a clear layout of our trades, How do we see or workout the P&L for our trades and how much they have made/lost in USD or GBP etc. The Binance mobile app has a balance of each trade in $ which is useful. Where do we see the price we bought the trade and has it gone up or down %. Basically just how to monitor and understand our portfolio in $/£ or +/- %. I came over to Binance from eToro who are advertising heavily and have vey expensive spread fees.
