Thanks for the review, sometimes we don't reholder coins we buy to put in these lots so you can't pay attention to prices on the holders, but looks like the Ike 76 proof was mixed up as a silver when it is clad. I shared this in my community.

Just got a $100 grab bag,loved it!, but I did get a half roll of no date buffalo, but just got a coin microscope, and can find some dates,now, did a get a cool Austrian 10 something, from 1964! It was worth about, $10 -$12 bucks😘hope the next time get a roll of cents!

I got a $100 and $200 grab bag from them. What I got was okay but not thrilling. Fun enough but at least it was better than a couple other dealer's grab bags in which their estimated value was over inflated. Oh and Ceylon is now Sri Lanka which is an island nation south of India. They are best known for their sapphire mines.

Now that is a lot of coins. Pretty decent deal for $200. R the 2021 half dollars still considered NIFC with 7.7 million minted in D and 5.4 million in P. That seems like a lot to be considered. Anyway. Great video as always.

Did you order the two $99.00 scratch and dent? I haven't seen the $199.00 in a while. This is a good one. I have ordered so many scratch and dent from ports mouth coins. I am never disappointed.

We've done the $99 before, but this was the $199. Maybe he's out right now? I'll have to check. Although, from the way it's packaged and the repeat PCGS slab, this is just 2 of the $99 put together.

I didn't know Kennedy Halves were only produced as NIFC coins now. Why are so many made then?! Surely not _that_ many people are interested in having a newly struck Kennedy; plus, if they're all NIFC coins (presumably less than 5% are getting circulated as a result), having so many out there would dissolve any value would it not? I don't see the benefit to having these guys post-2000 unless it's just for someone like me who really likes Kennedy Halves for no other reason than they're big and look cool. 😂 I might actually have to buy one of Daniel's $100 bags sometime. I have a fresh, fledgling collection of probably "meh" coins thanks to selling my grandparents' place. This would be a great way for me to get insight into a graded coin or two, as well as get some other random goodies I may or may not know exist. I've watched CoinHelpU _since_ I acquired these coins and learned people are interested in all sorts of them. I've learned so much; nowhere near enough to make it a true hobby (especially not buying _and_ selling) but it's still fun to me anyways. Thanks for the video! I'll be checking out your other grab bag videos too and maybe more; you make your stuff very entertaining to watch. 😃

Ya there is definitely a huge love/hate divide in the coin community for NIFC's. I'm almost positive that the mint had released at least some of the unsold ones to the treasury for circulation. I've seen videos on here of people finding boxes that were all or almost all NIFC of the same year. You're right though, for the most part the value isn't there, at least not yet. Let us know when you get that grab bag and what you find!

Ceylon is now the country of Sri Lanka, it is no longer a part of India. It is a large island off the southeast tip of the Indian subcontinent. Seychelles are a small group of islands in the Indian ocean east of Africa and southwest of the Indian subcontinent.

If they went through the coins for error and varieties, I would think that the wow or mystery factor is lost, especially buying from a professional numismatists who would probably keep those coins before being put in the bags, just saying...........

Next time don’t use red book for your total we all know that will be more than 200 bucks but I have a challenge for you buy a 100 or 200 dollar bag then take the contents of bag after you establish your total and go sell it bet you your money back you can’t get what your total is and I bet you lose quite bit

I have a lot of respect for Daniel and you do a nice job of sifting through this grab bag. But I am concerned that novice collectors buy this sort of thing believing they are actually getting more value than $200. It doesn’t do our hobby any good for people to pay anything more than fair retail. Red book is way too high. Just try and resell this stuff! My suggestion is take your $200 and buy a nice collectible coin or two from Daniel or another trusted dealer. At least you’ll have something that should retain most if not all its value going forward.
