Cardano is overvalued. 70B market cap with non-existing dapp ecosystem. It has yet to justify that. And all I've seen of the announced coming daaps are bleak copies of 2018 defi projects from Etherium like 2x overcolateralized loans and such. No innovation whatsoever. Just hope some of the Etherium projects will be copied to Cardano.

Most projects on Solana are hype driven. Cardano is taking it slow, but many projects currently under development built on Cardano aim to solve real problems in the real world. Once we reach the point blockchains are taken seriously and begin mass adoption, Cardano will shine, as it will already have an ecosystem with projects that are actually useful. When it comes to partnerships it's ridiculous to even talk about a comparison, Cardano is making deals and negotiating with entire governments. In my opinion Cardano will prevail in the long term, but until that happens those who put their bets on it should prepare for a lot of hate and trash talking, a lot of fabricated FUD, etc., you get the point. But at the end of the day the patient hunter gets the prey.

All projects so far announced that will be coming on Cardano are just bleak copies of 2018 projects from Etherium. It's just not competitive. Other gen 3 chains are also piling up tons of daaps. Cardano needs to step up with innovation or be left behind. Signing MOU and doing photo ops with some African politicians after you made donation is not gonna cut it. Also, Haskell will be a massive performance choke point. The only thing Cardano has gong for it is people believing in Charles Hoskinson. Remove him from the picture and what's left looks severely overvalued.

Both are awesome to be honest and I hope both projects have even greater success. That said, ADA has so much upside still to come due to the PAB release this month or the next, the DEXs, launchpads and Africa deals, that it would be criminal not to tell everyone to just put priority on buying and staking ADA before buying SOL. SOL had a fantastic run just recently, it may suffer a correction.

The other is still trying to explain to developers why eUXTO was a good idea while their network runs at 0.6 TPS, has 2 more years of development to go, despite starting before the other, which runs at 65,000 TPS. According to some reports, SOL can only transact 2000 transactions ps not 50k, and this was aparently confirmed by its CEO. Apparently SOL uses a different mechanism to calculate its transactions, which includes internal messaging, which equates to 80% of its transactions. hence the over the top numbers of transactions ps.
