There are at least 6 ways to improve this factory: There's unnecessary material handling in between stages of the process primarily because: (1) The plant layout is not well designed and needs improvement; and (2) the flow of materials along various stages in the process is not synchronized; thereby not allowing continuous processing. Also, the coir and cocopeat are stored in open spaces, leaving them to accumulate moisture, which could make the operation of the sieve and rope-making equipment less efficient. The major reason for the need to have a wide storage area for the coir and cocopeat is because the machines producing these products are oversized compared to the succeeding machines in the process. Rather than spend in putting roofing over the coir and cocopeat storage areas, better to (3) add more equipment in the downstream part of the process to eliminate the bottlenecks; example, adding more sieves and rope-making machines. (4) Bagging the cocopeat or forming them into bricks as soon as possible would also facilitate their storage and speed up their delivery to buyers; result: faster cash flow. The work clothes of the workers are loose and they wear only slippers in the plant, making them prone to accidents, say, from the moving parts of the various equipment. (5) The company needs to provide them with appropriate work clothes and safety gears. (6) The workers need to be provided roofing over their work areas. As things now stand, whenever there's heavy rain or the sun is too hot, their health would be at risk. If they seek shelter somewhere else, they would stop working and there would be idle time. If they get sick because of exposure to the elements, their productivity would also suffer.

Thank you for this fascinating video, but if you showed more of the rope making process instead of endless shots of tractors and conveyors, you would have a far more interesting video, and one more subscriber. You spent a lot of time and video footage on unnecessary things, with too many long shots of not much happening, and no explanations. Why not put a few words on the screen to explain? The filming is of good quality, but you have about 5 minutes of worthwhile content stretched out to 16+ minutes by too many repetitions. Just my opinion, of course!
