This song is four perspective, first singer is the passanger who become annoyed with bus and journey, the background vocal is helper who helps people to ride on or off from bus instructs driver about front, 2nd singer (Sylhet guy) is conductor who collects fare and arrange passanger inside the bus and third one (Toufiq) is the bus driver who complaints on road and passanger.... Its typical for us.

the name Murir Tin has double meaning. Muri is "Puffed rice" and Tin means a container made of steel. so Murir Tin is a container where you keep your Puffed Rice. But it was also a cute name given to a type of colorful local bus back in the 80's and 90s because the conception used to be that they made the body of the bus by literally reforming and putting together lots of Puffed Rice containers and instead of puffed rice it contained passengers. it used to run in different regions of Bangladesh, very slow but packed with people. the bus fare used to be the cheapest. which was why it was very popular among the public. the song is about the things that happen or the conversations that takes place in the bus. no matter where the bus is at, they are the same. unifying the regions. you also see/hear lot of things happening simultaneously both in the song and on the stage, kind of chaotic in nature. the real scenario while you are riding that bus is also the same. i think they absolutely nailed the essence of being a passenger in a Murir Tin. The song here was sung in Bangla but in three different regional dialects. intro and the hook - Chatgaian(Chittagong division), 1st Rap - Sylheti(Sylhet division), 2nd Rap Borishailla(Barisal division) i think? i could be wrong on this one. the song in three different dialects also bears a different feel to the people of Bangladesh because it's the month of international mother language day. on 21st February 1952 lots of people gave their lives to protect their mother tongue(Bangla). the government armed forces opened fire on the unarmed public who were protesting against the government for trying to make Urdu the national language where majority of the people in Bangladesh(then East Pakistan)spoke Bangla.

This is a bus used in 80s or 90s era.Muri means puffed rice and Tin means a box made of Steel...:So Murir Tin means a box what we use to preserve Muri. This Bus looks like it is made with a Murir Tin.From this idea, people nemed this bus "Murir Tin".. This is not the Bangla language. This song is made with 3 local language. We also can't understand this language parfectly. But the theme of this song is clear to us by 2nd subtitle

O Man U r really awesome when it come to song reaction ❤.. You r much into the song.. Additionally some info; every season starts in February, a month for Language. And respecting all the language they starts with tribal, local languages etc. And yes here story is from 3 perspective: Passenger-bus helper-driver.. everyone is telling their stories while on da ride in a funny way.. Last perspective is: the season 2 JOURNEYS begins in a very refreshing way

This is a depiction of everyday journey for city residents. It is describing the journey in a public bus. As you probably know by now, our country is very densely populated and all public transports are crowded. This song puts different perspectives of the passenger (the intro and repetition), the conductor who collects fare (the first rapper), and the driver (last rapper). The Gentleman who played the box like item in the beginning was the helper. You probably do not have a helper in Germany but a helper assists the driver with directions, the passengers to get in and out etc. He announces the stations, seat the passengers in orderly manner, help the elderly people.

Murir tin is a traditional bus of Bangladesh which used to run in the eighties, and people were picked up like a muri. The mixed experience of riding that bus is described in this song. The song is also sung in the regional languages of three districts of Bangladesh, Chittagong, Sylhet, and Khulna.
