Also Medea Benjamin and the Code Pink activists who have been lobbying congressmen and women, confronting them with questions about the genocide, even being arrested. They tried to take aid to Gaza by ship, only to be told it was too dangerous. She and her activists have been fighting every day for a ceasefire. There are many more people doing their best sending emails and calling their representatives, my two sisters who live in the USA have been doing this. The students have been fearless. All over the world ordinary people have been marching and protesting in their thousands,it goes to show that our governments are too cosy with the Israelis, money and lobbying by these groups like AIPAC and in the UK Friends of Israel should not have so much power over our governments.
