Great Message by Colonel. For some anxiety or inner voice, I started waking up at 4: 30 AM , clean my self, do 75 pushups , planks and walking for 30-40 minutes. By 7:30 I start my work, (I am an architect ) By 4 PM or Max 5 PM my professional work is over. I sleep by 10:30 - 11 PM. I work better, have lost 10 kgs of weight and the anxiety has gone . Doing this for 1 year now. Earlier when I used to wake up at 8:30 AM I used to feel as if the world has already moved ahead of me.

Because of Rajeev sir's guidance, I've come to understand Raghav's character as a good person. I remember when I (Chest no. 2) met Raghav (Chest no. 13) at NSB Vishakhapatnam(10/2021). I was suffering from Dengue at that time on day 2 of SSB, and Raghav was incredibly helpful. He gave me medicine for my fever and even shared his fruits with me.
