I think this is the first time I've seen anything use those sidings since the 80's. I recall a small gala down past switch many moons ago.

Paul, I vaguely remember Steam excursions down the Ludgershall line when I was a child (so in the 70’s & 80’s) which I think used the sidings and the back of platform 1. I also can remember seeing goods wagons from below on Charlton Road 👍🏻
