@@trowawayacc Yup. They deemed them "less impactful on the Borderlands story" and figured that adding in characters that you might interact with, but only a bit, would make for more story options. They aren't 100% wrong either. Roland becomes the Leader of the Crimson Raiders, and Lilith being a Siren and all her links. I can sorta see Krieg, as he only even joins because he falls in love with Lilith. Tiny Tina was also a fan favorite. So, I hope there is at least a guest star role for Brick and Mordecai....but I doubt it. Especially as, the reports say, Handsome Jack won't even be in this.

Comedy is a defense mechanism for our consciousness to absorb a new idea. The consciousness behind the joke is really more the point that we are constantly juxtaposing and analyzing our shared experiences. If one is using humor as a survival mechanism, physically or psychologically, that can format the scaffolding of thought and survival for the rest of our lives. If people are “joking” with people that don’t think it’s funny, or it distracts from the facts and reality, like the former President, then it just becomes a dog whistle for the ignorant and scared.

Kevin Hart is the exact opposite of Eddie Murphy. Hart is full of himself, most likely brought on by a feeling of inadequacy about his height and needs to be the center of attention at all times while Eddie Murphy is cool and confident which commands attention all on its own.
