Colby Klinger takes out the other wrestler by a wrestling move called ( peterson ) The other wrestler was in pain for so long he was unable to wrestle very well in his next match.( holding on to his boys ) The move is legal and works well for a 5 point swing in the match. We always say dont leave your boys hanging down there to long to get caught in a move. Great wrestling by colby in his younger year and still winning. 1st place feels nice

Yes it is legal. It is a Peterson and when you run it correct your elbow goes between the legs and you hook one leg with a arm.

There is no sexual misconduct going on at all. If you run a Peterson, you are reaching in between the legs up in the sensitive area of a person. Your elbows your arms may end up, encouraging the wrestler to roll over but that is 100% a wrestling move. If you go and elbow, a person in the lower region, you are ejected this is not against the rules. This is a wrestling maneuver.
