@@mihaill1978 the water is there because it's mixed with salt and the light reflected from the windows is warm. Yesterday, I don't think it got above 20F. These are survivors we are talking about, Just because they have an addiction doesn't make them any less human.

Denial is definitely an issue. Worst weather is yet to come. It’s 7 degrees before the wind chill where I live and the weather patterns are moving east.Normal people don’t live outdoors under these conditions. They seek shelter.
