12:39 This is not that obvious I guess, but you could have done the -2 power to the not blocked sapling! This would also prevent 2 Damage, but the sapling would not strike with 0 power and survive, and then, the ember maiden would have done this 1 extra damage and Swain would be already at 12 for his level up. I am not exactly sure how this would work bc ephemerals die and ember maiden effect happen both at round end, but sapling was at the right side, so maybe ember maiden would go of first, but I don’t know the exact interaction.

IMO Swain is the best-designed champ in the game so far. There are so many different decks you can put him in and he always adds something without being broken. Not only that, but he's just niche enough that you actually have to build around him, unlike splashable value engines like TF or Aphelios; without being too rigid and restrictive, like Nautilus.
