Perhaps the MOST classy tutorial on KZbin. And the award goes to….. 👏🏽 Oh but PS. Rafts Orange Bitters have alcohol in them so the drink is not truly alcohol free. However using a very aromatic orange peel and letting it sit / soak in the drink is VERY effective at enhancing the taste! Delicious!

Great video and great recipe! A nice balanced drink! I used an aero press at 16.5g coffee to 250g water and chilled in the fridge (brewed relatively strong, might try a bit stronger next time). At only 60ml coffee per drink, this allows for a couple of servings. My drink became a bit slushy in the chilled glass and with the ice cube, after mixing with ice. I imagine this is a common occurrence for zero-proof drinks, and in the future I will try without the chilled glass to have a better drinking experience.

Cold brew is a method but in this case it's referring to coffee. You can buy the concentrates at you local supermarket.

There are many reasons some folks might want a beverage that’s made completely with zero alcohol. Others are okay with a trace amount of alcohol. There’s a very insightful article about this topic including some calculations: www.alcademics.com/2020/11/how-much-alcohol-do-bitters-contribute-to-a-drink.html In this drink, you can skip the bitters and add and extra spritz of the orange oils. Legally, almost all states in the U.S. do not count the addition of bitters to make a drink alcoholic, due to how little is being used. More alcohol is produced and drank in naturally occurring fermented fruit juices and such (Kombucha is a great example of this). It would be the equivalent, if not less, than cough syrup or even accidentally swallowing a trace amount of Mouthwash. In my State, specifically, if less than a tablespoon of alcohol is added, it can still be classified as "non-alcoholic". This is why a lot of good mocktails still rely on bitters for flavor and pop.
