Rock and Roll perfection. This is how it's done ! Sounds better and better with time. Just amazing. The world is so lucky to have Jimmy Barnes.

Probably the pick of the album, tough call, never enough piano solos. I love this.

I love this video format too with the 9 screens, if they don't put this song out there it'll be a crime.

Who is this drummer?! Outstanding!
@bootymanager4 жыл бұрын
Charlie Drayton. He's a drummer bass player from New York. Was married to Chrissie Amphlett. Worked with plenty of bands over the years, like the B52s et al. He's as good a drummer as they guys could have hoped for after Steve passed.

I love cold chisel but my dad loves it more. Except I know the lyrics to all of the songs in this album more than my dad knows. :) BTW- My dad has met Don Walker and got him to sign his book that Don wrote. Don is my dad's fav.

+Benjamin Barnes My effort The Backroom Down by The Hunter where the coal trucks roll and the billboards tell ya where to save your soul There's another place that does a better job by far When the moonlight hammers on a rail weight bridge The whole world's looking for a marriage You ain't got nothing, and nothing in the boot of the car Time for The Backroom, dug in Planet Rays Sake bar? When the coal settle up and down the line you can wake up thinking that it's 89 There's another sound, I think I'm gonna fall a bar? You can hear it pumping up the roller door A worn out piano on a wooden floor A back beat drummer, ?Ward on a slide guitar Coming from The Backroom, dug in Planet Ray's Sake bar. Play that piano OOOOWWWW! OOOOWWWW! OOOOWWWW! OOOOWWWW! When the high tides sucking at the old sea wall and the full moons looking like a mirror-ball Bigger than Elvis, harder than a speedway star With the wet paved packet on a midnight hand They say you can win a Mariachi band but you can lose a girl, quicker than a coup de grâce Yeah, in The Backroom, dug in Planet Ray's Sake bar Listen. I'm talking about The Backroom Dug in Planet Ray's Play Guitar Hey I say haul that mother, haul that son, haul that rubber til the end of the run Ain't got riddance in between the walls all hidden from a nick of laws Down by The Hunter where the coal trucks roll and the billboards tell ya where to save your soul There's another place that does a better job by far That's The Backroom dug in in Planet Ray That was cool

+Dean Cumming Cheers! I think it's beverage instead of marriage. Can't wait for the lyrics to be released, reminds me of the greats like Conversations, Daskarzine Yakuza Girls and Showtime. Lyrical greats, pure classic Chisel poetry. Bloody oath!

+Dean Cumming It's Dougie and Gleny Rae's Tiki Bar as Don Walker wrote it after visiting their place.
