It's great for any email marketing, both B2B and B2C, but the setup is the one that matters the most. Do you have warmed up IP's, if your domain has been online for a while, or you can get one and wait for 30 days. Is the email list clean etc. Mailwizz is great for email sending and looks amazing too.

I have an entire tutorial for mailwizz on my channel. You can select multiple groups at once to send to. When you are building a campaign that's where you choose the lists that you want to send to. Is that what you are having problems with?

@@YourpersonalworkforceOrg Before 2.0 you could select your lists when sending campaigns. Now you need to setup a Group and include your different email lists. Is that included in your tutorial and if you could let me know at what point in the video. Thank you very much

What service do you use to warm up your emails/domains? Also, are you saying keep your from email and reply email the same?

I try to keep it the same. We usually provide our clients mailbox access as well, so it's the best way to get into inbox to have sent from and reply to the same. As for warmup I tested all of them and they are just ok, nothing special. We use manuall warmup + we pick out 2,3 services like warmly or inboxearmer or whatever my developer picks at that time. Again, they are ok but not great. If you plan to send fast they will be the waste of money. If you can warm it up for a month it will ge worth it.

Do you remove any headers when cold emailing in mailwizz? I just set it up and noticed there is lots of headers that would show email providers i'm cold emailing, i.e: X-Mailer: SwiftMailer - 5.4.x, Precedence: Bulk, etc etc..

For cold emailing like this it's the best if it's B2B but with numbers. You can do email sequence but your lists should be 50k+ in order for cold emailing ti work. There is also a way to get into an inbox from cold email severs with transitional services but they are much more expensive

Hello, is there a way in MW to have the sending delayed so it doesn't send out all 500 emails at once? For example having it send blocks of email at a time, this way it doesn't draw any red flags for spam.

Yep, you can limit it as specific per hour or per minute even. It's all in the back end

You can't do cold emailing on Amazon, they will ban your account. Never do Amazon cold email
