Simple and beautiful. I heard you mention essential oils. I am a soap maker in the US and have seen so many usage rates for essential oils in soap. They range from 3-5% essential oils of just the oils weight, no water or lye weight included. This leaves a very very faint scent. I have also seen 3-5% essential oil usage for the complete recipe weight, water and lye weights included. I'd like to know your thoughts on this. Lavender and citrus oils fade so much the higher rates help, while patchouli seems to not need as much. Thanks for any advice you can share :)

Yep you are right, a good way to look at it is " you get what you pay for, meaning if they are cheap they will fade, if they are expensive they shouldn't, Lemon balm is a lot stronger then just plain old Lemon, when using citrus always try adding, another that is stronger....

Copha? Is it hydrogenated vegetable oil, like crisco in the states? Hmmm.. I see..it's hydrogenated coconut oil.

yep it is, fine on the skin, but some Euro countries have banned it because not so good for your arteries, so dont eat chocolate, donuts, patisserie, and all that fatty stuff
