Ditalini pasta, cooked, rinsed in cold water, drained well, everything cut up in small pieces. Add to pasta scallion, boiled egg, celery, cheese, olives, mayo, mustard and seasoning you prefer. Chill. Other options: diff veggies, cooked and cold frozen peas, sesame seeds or sunflower seeds, small cuts of cold but cooked asparagus, baby spinach, or anything else you can think of. Can use small shell pasta or elbow pasta or even cut up angel hair pasta. Instead of mayo, try spaghetti sauce and add some garlic.
