Cold Steel 1917 Frontier Bowie: Initial Impressions and Grip Mod

I've been checking out large knives for my ongoing cross-cultural martial arts studies, and this one ticks a lot of the boxes for me, but it really only felt right in my hand after I'd done something about that odd squarish grip shape.
