I just listen to the original and transcribe mostly! Don't have a recipe I follow - depending on the piece that could mean a straightforward mostly 1:1 (as in this one) or something more creative where I add more lyrical lines. For pronunciation just make the best attempt at following the phonetics haha

You can do that in any video editor, just google split screen video in "name of your program"
