I bought a used cold stone creamery location in 2020 ( Peak Pandermic) sales were 775k that year. Next year was able to increase sales to 1.2 million. and 2022 to 1.3 million. It's a good franchise and great quality ice cream. As a Franchisee you need to be active and not an absentee owner, the employees will run it down if you leave it up to them.
