LOL-ing at people who shit on this song and this performance. It's pretty telling that Coldplay haters are the one with awful taste in music, this is Femi Kuti they are working with, one of the legends of the Afrobeat-Jazz music, actual musicians (not 'musicians') love & acknowledge him as one of the best out there. If your definition of good music is loud guitar screech or 3 chords 'rock music' you really don't have a say on what constitute a 'good music' really is.

@@condimentking414 It's unfortunate it's probably the only album of their career that can be considered a semi-flop commercially. Its chart performance probably explains why the band have focused on a more maximalist, mainstream sound for consecutive eras ever since. Which I can't blame them for, but I do hope we get one final more avant-garde release from them before they stop recording new music like they've hinted at doing soon.
@MrMilanistaSwe4 ай бұрын
@@MACMAMIthere's a reason for that. This album was never marketed. They just released, did Live in Jordan and just left it there. No worldwide tour, no tour at all, no shows, no marketing. I have no doubt they probably love this album but it was never (for them) meant for the charts. Had they even put in a minimal effort to market the album and even do a few shows like they did during Ghost Stories I have no doubt it would become much much much more succesful

@@MrMilanistaSwethe album was almost not supposed to be toured, I wouldn’t want it commercially overdone, that’s almost the point of the album, it’s not about them, it’s about the album.
