Love their discussion. I started acting in Theater when I was a kid and as I got older and did more serious roles that required tears, I found music was the best device. The song or rather opening of a song I play in my head in an emotional moment is "This Woman's Work" by Kate Bush. It instantly makes me genuinely emotional and tears are streaming now as I write this comment. Its crazy how that works.
