When a genius dies so young and boldly -- a complicated human being who in his own little speck of life transformed the world in so many ways, it's a tragedy. There are plenty of other tragedies, sure. Steve would, by virtue of his charitable interest, willingly admit there are many are far more important than his own death. But to memorialize this man as a transformative, important human being was/is the right thing to do and takes nothing away from anyone else.
